✓ Before we meet, you’ll complete a short reflection questionnaire so I can begin understanding your story before our first conversation. 

✓ Our first session is a deep dive into where you are now, where you want to be and what's standing in the way. 

✓ From there, every session builds on the last, adapting to your progress, your challenges and the conversations that matter most.
